Cireson Plugin with Outlook new

Hello, has anyone got the Cireson plugin to work with new Outlook?

I learned from Microsoft last June 2023 that new Outlook does not support VSTO add-ins, confirmed by Cireson… but it's been a year+ so wondering if any different now? Or is there an updated plugin we can install?

and any reason it is starting to not work for old Outlook? It disappears for some and they cannot get it back following our usual install.

No, it only works with Classic Outlook.

Thanks Geoff. Sad reality from Microsoft.

Any thoughts on why it is starting to not work with Classic Outlook? The plugin succeeds install but does not appear in add-in settings anymore.

As we're evaluating this, what would you say are the three most important features if it existed in the context of new Outlook which would exist on your desktop and/or web?

@Adam_Dzyacky Hy Adam, the top 3 features:

1. And this is also the most important one, creating Work Items "on the fly" from an Email already in the inbox.
2. Adding an email to the action log of an existing work item (if possible maybe in the name of the user who sent the email). It happens so often that someone replies to an email from the ticket (sent by a person) and does not include the helpdesk address in cc. Then the comment is missing
3. Attach an email to an existing work item

These are, afaik, all features from the existing add in but I guess these are also the most important ones :)
