Cireson Portal - Load Balancing

Hi guys,

I've noticed some odd behaviour when running our portal behind an Azure internal load balancer.
Not a deal breaker though!

Intermittently, when trying to upload file attachments, we're getting "JSON Parsing Failed" messages.
Rather than modify the ILB config immediately, I've disabled the second server in the load-balanced set. These issues seem to be disappeared now that there's just the one server in the LB.

Have you seen similar occurances with Cireson Portal behind load balancers without sticky sessions? It's worth noting that our ILB was created before they supported source IP affinity. I'll be reconfiguring ours with this enabled to see if it helps. We're also using NTLM for auth rather than the login form.

I've enabled sourceIP affinity and powered our second management server back on. So far so good! https://azure.microsoft.com/en-in/documentation/articles/load-balancer-distribution-mode/

Violate any applicable laws, rules or regulations.

Cireson has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Cireson reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Cireson reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Cireson reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, rule, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Cireson’s sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Always use caution when giving out any information concerning your employer or customers, if any. Cireson does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Cireson specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in San Diego County, California, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Cireson Community Web Site.
