My Active Work Items - Show Manual Activity 'Affected User' from parent Incident or Service Request

MAWI's view is not showing 'Affected User' on MA's. I would like that MAWI's view showed the 'Affected User' property from the MA's parent SR or IR.

Thanks.

So technically Manual Activities don't have Affected Users. They have an Assigned To user and a parent work item (Like a Change request or Service Request), these parents contain the Affected User.

I guess this could be implemented if the MAWI looks back to the related parents, however I don't think MAWI currently does that, it only displays the primary classes details.

I get what you're saying. But, it should be possible.

At the moment, I'm using something like this, to do the trick, but, you can only see affected user when you open the MA.

Has anyone created a customisation to add this on the Active Work / My Work / Team Work pages on the portal? Or created their own SQL view with this information to replace these pages?
