Advanced Request Offering - Change Request Ability

    I've seen it mentioned elsewhere but it would be good if this was included in the design for ARO, to include the option to save CRs in draft or to have some way of capturing failed updates so that large amounts of data are not lost when staff encounter issues.

    It would also be good if there was an option to copy similar CRs e.g. upgrading the Cireson Portal where the steps would be similar every-time. 

    Another useful feature would be to have an option to store documents elsewhere so they are not lost when tickets are archived. Whilst we try to discourage attachments it would be good to have an alternative option via ARO to store files or at least have an active link to that area.

    Another idea that was mentioned elsewhere would be the CAB page which be a really nice addition, especially if there were options later to have a virtual cab meeting/chat function.

    Thanks for posting this Sean, I think these are all really good points.  The point about being able to save a 'draft' copy of a Change Request could really benefit us.  We require some good documentation for our CRs and sometimes staff don't know what they all need until they are 1/2 way through the process.

    Hopefully Cireson will (are) take(ing) this under suggestion.
