Asset Management Import Connector reports Invalid License Key and exits workflow

Hi,

We;ve created an Asset Management Import Connector to update hardware asset relationships (ie monitor to PC etc).  When we run it in test mode, the log shows the following error:

2016/08/05 10:03:39.810 - Starting Import Workflow v7.5.60.101
2016/08/05 10:03:39.812 - Using a batch size of 100
2016/08/05 10:03:39.814 - This workflow was started via the "Synchronize Now task".
2016/08/05 10:03:40.125 - Error - The licence key is invalid, exiting workflow

We've checked our licenses and believe they are applied correctly and are showing expiry next year.  Does anyone have any suggestions about where we are going wrong?

Regards

Anikke

    Hi Anikke

Sounds like your workflow dll for asset import has not been updated on your workflow server, the .dll should match your MP version.

Check this and copy it to your SCSM install location on the workflow server from the package zip and it should be OK.

    Cheers
