[SCSM][Service Request][Related Knowledgebase Article]: how to unlink the artcile?
I have a problem where I linked a Knowledge Base Article(KBA) to a Service Request(SR) (inside the SCSM console), I then deleted the KBA(in the SCSM console) (thinking it would also unlink the article from the SR).
When I go in the SCSM console and look at related items of the SR there are no KBA's but when I go to the portal the KBA is still there.

You may need to force a complete re-sync for it to update fully.
