Language and Knowledge base articles

One of the properties of Knowledge base article is language. Our company want propose new portal feature: every portal user can define in witch language he/she wants to see knowledge base articles. It could be a list with check-boxes in user configuration section with all languages available in portal. Then user could choose one or more languages in witch he/she wants to see knowledge base articles. For example, in our "cireson portal" is defined four languages: English, Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian. These four languages will display in user configuration section and he/she will choose, for example, English and Latvian languages. Hereafter he/she will see (in search results, browsing by category) knowledge base articles only in these languages - English and Latvian, but not will see Knowledge base article in Lithuanian and Estonian.
