User query double entry

Hello, we have the following entry twice in the user query, only in Portal not in SCSM console. One of this entry does not work, means the analysts of this group are not informed because the Mailadress is wrong. I do not know how this could happen and how we can solve this problem. The Mail adress looks like this: [email protected]<domain>.de.
We have this in our productive environment and in our testenvironment in old and in new portal versions. Could anyone help please? regards, Margret

    Thans for your answer. We found the second entry and renamed it.
