Hello Community,
i would like to test the asset management from Cireson but the workflow do not find hardware assets. I have SCCM installed and the connector between SCCM and SCSM is working. I find the computer in "ALL computers" from SCSM. But the Asset Management will not find something.
Is there something to be done in SCCM like Intelligence Asset? is there something to add to the lists of asset management in SCSM?

Hello,
There are several Asset Management lists to configure listed at the very bottom of the installation guide here: https://support.cireson.com/KnowledgeBase/View/75#/
I would recommend checking a couple of items in the Asset Management admin settings (Administration > Settings > Cireson Asset Management Settings):
1. Is the Hardware Asset sync workflow enabled and running?
2. Do you have the option "On the Hardware Asset form, use the Catalog Item Model and Manufacturer list" enabled? If so, then yes, please populate these list values to match exactly. Alternatively, you have the option to use text fields for the Model and Manufacturer if you wish.
2. I would recommend specifying a Workflow Log Path in your Asset Management admin settings to review the log. This should provide you with more specific details if the workflow is running and failing to create the hardware assets.

The first and second option are done without the list population. There is no option to enable the model and manufacturer list.
Do i have to edit the list to have a working asset management? I thought the asset management will fill these lists automatically with information from SCCM?
The third option is now enabled.
Is there any possible to change that or is this only possible manually? In my Hardware type list is server, notebook and printer added.
Is there any special configuration in SCCM to collect also the software assets?
