Action Log - add resolved category?

Is there a way to add the resolution category to the visible fields in the action log? When resolving a job it asks for it, but no where on the resolved job does it show it. 
It would even be OK, it was possible to add it at the top of the form view (near the IR number) and the 'resolved' blue icon.
Is this possible via customisation?

    I know I  could probably add the field anywhere on the template form, but somewhere logical would be good.  Like in the action log with the resolved comment.
