One of our analysts is unable to create CRs or view proper buttons in the cireson portal. I tried adding him to the analyst role and then ran the command to force the sync between cireson and service manager databases. But that didnt help. Then i added him to the admins role and did the above. Now he sees an additional button but not the proper buttons still - cant also create the CR. i am attaching his scrreenshots here. Kindly help ASAP- we are struggling with this since several weeks now!!!!

    ANy suggestions or thoughts from anyone ? The issue seems to be restricted to this specific user only.
