Query Pulling First Assigned To and not the current Assigned to. Suggestions?
Managment has a requirment to get an email with a list of any incident not updated in 48 hours. The issue I keep running into is that the query will provide me the incident information but the assigned to will display the first agent it was assigned to and not the current assigned to. Has anyone explored the ability to add an information icon on the front page of work items that shows the number of pending work items this affected user has? When you edit the IR form the console and you use the "Set First Response or Comment" task to set the first response, does the metric trigger then? From what I can see the portal is setting the First Response date fine so the Metric should calculate the time between the created date and the first response date and act… -

Recurring Notification Subscription
I have a recurring subscription setup to remind a support group that an IR is unassigned. The notification is working fine except for one problem, the first notification sends immediately once the ticket is created or assigned to a new support group. I am trying to figure out a way to get it to not send the first…
