Adam- First, thanks for the information. Part 2, when it comes time for reporting we would query for a Priority 1 or 2 case and then pull the 2 fields and calculate the down time. I know my boss was wondering if he could use the Is Downtime Flag but I think that one is jsut available for CRs. Germaine -

@Kenneth_Andersen - The suggestion by @Mikkel_Madsen may be much cleaner and easier to implement. 2 portal roles and 2 CI groups. One CI group that is based on Company(or State) = Company 1, another where Company = Company 2. Then one Role scoped to the first group, and the other Role scoped to the other group. Great… -

Almost there. You need to drag it to Level 1 or 3. Level 1 are the top level nodes down the side. Level 2 is just headings on fly-outs and Level 3 is the items under a heading in the fly-out. So by making it Level 2, you've just made a heading called Change Request Calendar. Drag it under Calendars (2). -

@Jason_Meyer - There's not a data conflict window. Let's say you submit an SR via a Request offering at 2:00:00pm. You immediately open the SR form at 2:00:15. The status is "New".
