Add a Closed tab or check box for requests on the Team Requests view in Cireson SSP and AP

be nice to have a Closed tab on the Team Requests view like the one on the My

Our IT Responisbles need this to see old IRs or SRs
I was just about to raise this!
We use Team Requests for some priority customers who need to see the progress of all the calls their team have logged. So not being able to see what happened when a call was closed is a big issue for them.
Like Shareon_Spears, when I click the up arrow, nothing happens. The number doesn't change from 13. This is also happening to another person here trying to up-vote this.
I can down-vote it to 12, then up-vote back to 13. But it won't let us go past 13.
