Top Knowledge Articles

It seems like the top knowledge articles are based on the Article ID? I've set the popularity of articles to the same number  and I expected the top 5 to be sorted by total views or rating (on the portal front page). It doesn't look like it is? Is this something that can be added?

Also, if you are in the knowledge dashboard and decide to edit an article it would be useful to end up back in the dashboard once you save the changes.

    Feature are based on the popularity number set on the KB, Popular Knowledge Articles are based on the view count:


    • Featured - Based on the articles popularity index.
    • Popular - Based on the number of views.
    • Recently Added - Shows the newest articles.
    • Top Rated - Based off of the average rating of the article.
