Affected User (Quick Create) To Apply IR/SR Template in "Real-Time" to Quick Create Form

We would find the "Quick Create" tool more useful if there was a button next to the list of IR / SR templates that said something like "apply template". This would then update the "Quick Create Form" in real-time with the relevant data from the template.

We currently don't use the template feature in "Quick Create", because in order to read the title/description stored in stored in the template, we need to select the template, save the work item (in Quick Create). Then to re-access the info from the template, the analyst has to find the call in their queue, and then re-open it up to read the description of the template. This will then allow them to follow the relevant steps outlined in the description to troubleshoot the incident. (we often include troubleshooting steps in the description to assist the analyst with the call) 

Also it would be nice if there was an option to open up the new IR / SR once they saved the quick call (to make further modifications if required).
