Add created date column to remainder

Is there any way to add column "Created Date" of ticket in template for remainder mail?

    Yes, you can add this as a property when you create the SCSM Email Template. Is that what you mean?

    Yes, but I mean this report which is sending by Remainder option in Notify Analyst add on.

    First screenshot is raport sending via mail from Notify Analyst app. We need add "Created date" column to this report.
