NOTIFY ANALYST PRO vs NOTIFY ANALYST FREE
I can't seem to find any information or specification tables that compares what the differences is between Pro and Free.
If you click on 'Notify Analyst Pro' on the Cireson product site, it guides you to http://cireson.com/apps/notify-analyst-free/
Notice 'free' in the hyperlink.
The reason that I'm looking on Notify Analyst Free/Pro is because I want analysts to get an email when a MA is assigned to them.

It also includes advanced features like not notifying if the analyst is the one that assigned to themselves, or if the default support group when the ticket is created. You can also set workflow delays, etc.6
