Assigned Approver is unable to open Service Request or Review Activity
As I continue to test and move towards rolling out this software I have come across the same issue as discussed in this post: https://community.cireson.com/discussion/1834/permissions-needed-for-reviewers-in-portal
I have followed the link in that post to here : https://community.cireson.com/discussion/321/cireson-portal-tip-configuring-an-end-user-as-a-reviewer-for-the-cireson-portal#latest
I've followed all of the steps and the test user that I have setup is still unable to open the service request that contains the review activity. I have confirmed that the test user is able to access the service request and approve the activity from the SCSM console with no errors. So I have a permissions issue somewhere and I've gone over everything multiple times and can't find it. This might have been easier to trouble shoot except for the 24 hour wait time between changes to the user roles. That is a secondary question; Is there a way to force the changes to the user roles to update on-demand?
The log files that are referenced in other forum posts are attached. I've looked over them but there doesn't seem to be anything related to permissions. I've also checked the AzMan_AzRoleAssignment table and the use role is showing up there.
Any assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like it may have something to do with group membership set specifically for reviewing activities in the portal?5
