Set current time

I want to know how to configure the current time in the field date?
The request offering's configuration just allow me to set the current date, but it doesn't take the current time. It always shows the 24 format time.
I will appreciate your help in this situation.

    I believe this is something that is not currently customisable. The RO will limit the date, however it will not limit the time. I think this is a limitation in SCSM. 

    As for the 24 hours time, I would suggest raising a feature request to be able to customise this to be 12 or 24 hour, also maybe additional customisation for the time picker
