Notifiy Analyse stopped working

Last week i updated Notified Analyse to the latest version and it worked once but since them we dont get any emails anymore and i dont know why. 

I checked the workflow status in the scsm console for Assignment notification and it was empty. Then it worked once  but not after.

    Problem fixed, the Tier Mapping was missing the configuration

    It seems to be the Notification to use for for Support Group changes that isnt working. Usually it was sending a email when a ticket came in. Our tickets already have the support group defined in the template.
