How do i resolve Failed Item you requested does not exist or you do not have permissions error? The incidents cannot be found by doing a search from the portal.

If an item cannot be found in the ServiceManagemet Database that exist in the ServiceManager Database. You will need to resync your cachebuilder service. 

At other times a more robust sync maybe needed:

f you ever have a need to completely re-sync data with the Cache Builder, please follow the steps below:

• Stop the cachebuilder service
• Run this SQL query against ServiceManagement: TRUNCATE TABLE LastModified
• Start the cachebuilder service
