Its Posible with ARO separate a levels of Service Request Area List on Diferents Box to show in SSP?

Hi Expert Monkeys... I have a question... we need to separate a Levels of Service Request Area on diferents Boxes on the SSP portal, its posible ?? or only work with simple List that show the Knowledge documents??

With customization to the ARO form its possible but out of the box, no you cannot separate out List Enumeration results.

Hi Gabriel,

Unfortunately, you cannot separate an enumerator list by child with the Advanced Request Offering or SCSM for that matter.  However, you could try creating multiple enumerator list broken down by child and then display each in Box1, 2 & 3 depending upon how you setup the ARO.  Hope that helps.

Need to public catalog on ARO portal the same catalog that service request Area List to Request full fillment and the Incident Clasification List to Incident request on Portal??.

Hi Gabriel,

Yes - Same as the SR Area List, however if you have many items listed in there it could become complicated and confusing for the end user.  Another option is to leave the SR Area list with the Children as is.  I say this because Enumerator list with Children display in the Cireson Portal as the Parent by default, children are exposed only when you expand the Parent.
