It is possible to add the status change task to end user??

I have that add to service requests to a new state.

The end user must have the option to close or reject.

For that, it would have to enable the task of changing status to the end user.

End-users will not inherently have the right to close or reject workitems. That is the responsibility of an Analyst. You will need to configure your users in a role other than the end-user to grant this ability

But in the end user profile the task of closing the service request is enabled

Within an IR that option with not be available but within an SR you will have that option.


What is the end result that you want to accomplish?
