Ability to create incidents
There was a point when I thought that Cireson SSP has all the features that are included with the out of the box portal plus few others, but I am starting to find out that this not the case, which is understandable.
The one thing that I am not sure of is the ability for end users to create new incident from the SSP and then for admins to be able to create few more things than that, but so far I am only able to create announcements
I am an admin and I seem to have access to all settings:
So what do I need to do to be able to create tickets and what not?

Nicholas_Velich Cireson Consultant Ninja IT Monkey ✭✭✭✭The "NEW button -> Create Incident" method is shown for Analyst-users only, and is a feature of the Analyst Portal.
If you are running SSP-only, Incidents can still be created by End Users and/or Analysts, but they would need to be done as part of a Request Offering. I typically recommend restricting the ability for Analysts to create via the NEW button anyway, as we usually want to use the Q&A capabilities of a Request Offering.5
