Integrate Cireson Affected User tool in Remote Manage

Have the ability to call the Cireson Affected User (quick create) tool from a Remote Manage session automatically setting the connected device as Affected CI. Maybe even add current logged in user (if any) as Affected User and have the ability to send other Remote Manage retrieved data (logs, etc.) to the work item. This will give someone working in Remote Manage the ability to generate am Incident or SR for the device.

    Another great suggestion. Hopefully we'll get others to vote on your suggestions to get an idea of how requested they are. First time I've heard this, but sounds like something that would certainly be useful. Thanks.
