ARO Direct Link improvement for Description (below link)

Setting up an ARO to just be a direct link to another site setting a description (below the link) the content ends up on the portal as a basic string. All formatting is lost.
Can the box be replaced with one that accepts html content so when rendered on the page you have access to formatting, or possible change to url of KB article so the KB will display below the link with formatting.

I know this isn't exactly what you're trying to accomplish but by this method you can do that formatting within a display prompt intead. C ustomizing the layout of advanced request offerings.

Below I've just added some line breaks within the display prompt.

Also - it would be nice if the Redirect URL would open in a NEW TAB instead of closing the portal.

Cireson has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Cireson reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Cireson reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Cireson reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, rule, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Cireson’s sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Always use caution when giving out any information concerning your employer or customers, if any. Cireson does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Cireson specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service.
