Is there a way for an analyst to edit the work items view and make it a default view?

See if either cookies or cache were purged by the analyst. Those are the only two causes I have personally observed.

Also, IE 10 had issues with local storage, not sure if that applies. Can he use the page editor to create the custom view he wants?5
