Is there a way to integrate SCSM KB into Cireson Portal?

- From a permissions perspective (core SCSM permissions vs. cireson AD group)
- From a functionality perspective (there are things you can do in one that you can't do in the other)
- From a formatting perspective (rtf vs. html)
- From an experience (download the RTF or view the HTML)
Which means for better or worse, you must commit to a single approach. This of course unless Cireson wanted to tackle a SCSM KB management pack of sorts to truly synchronize and streamline this effort across console and portal.2 -

@Adam_Dzyackyis right that you need to use one of the other, but if you want to just use SCSM KB inside the Cireson Portal, this is possible. There is a setting in the Admins Settings, Setting Items called 'UseHtmlKb'
Set this to false, and your SCSM KBs will show.
However.....
I will strongly recommend that you take the time to convert your SCSM KB to Cireson HTML KB and you will get a far better use experience for the reasons mentioned above.
