Add column in view 'Show users assets' showing the Hardware Asset type

Hello all,

When going on the User CI, there is a tab that will show all the users assigned Hardware Assets.

Only the display name is displayed.

It would be great if we can manipulate the columns shown or that at least the Hardware Asset Type is displayed next to it so that we don't have to open up all assets trying to find the right one, but that we can already eliminate most of them bby type.

Thanks

    Hi @Filip_Theyssens

This is configuring by editing the RelatedUserInfo.js form template.

Let me know if you need an example of how to do this.

    Hi Geoff,

I this can be configured, then I would love an example of this.

We want to add some additional colums to this view:

    Hi @Filip_Theyssens
My apologies, I had assumed you wanted to change this in the Cireson Web Portal. It is possible there but not possible to change this in the SCSM Console.

    Hi @Geoff_Ross,

Where can we see this in the webconsole?

I wasn't aware that we can see the properties of users in there.

    Can you elaborate?

You can get to a user's page from any user picker. Click the little i and the click more details.

Or you can find the page using the User search found in this shamelessly plugged customisation.
