So I had to upgrade to portal v 8.2.0.2016 for the IR to SR to work.  It does not work properly when calling the API call, CreateProjectionByTemplate, in v8.0, and it was fixed in v8.1.

I have installed the upload for Convert IR to SR v3.8.2.  I see the Convert to SR in the task list on an incident, select it, it opens the window to select the template for a SR, select the default template and then nothing else happens.  When I press f12 I see several errors on the page, http404 - (XHR)GET - http://servername/Scripts/kendo/2013.3.1119/src/js/?, http500 - (XHR)GET - http://servername/api/V3/Projection/CreateProjectionByTemplate?id=03bc9162-041f-c987-8ce4-a5547cd9ca04&createdById=8d471d8f-dcb6-305f-8581-2bb3748ac8ae.  Has anyone seen this/ fixed it?
