Service desk ticker app - create a possibility to inform groups
Our users are mainly working on Citrix/Remote Desktop Services – so we have several servers and each server hosts about 50 users. Some weeks ago we deployed the Service Desk Ticker App – which was highly appreciated by our users. However, we can only inform all our users [on all servers] about urgent issues, but it is not possible to inform only the users of 1 server or even better only users of a specific Active Directory group.
It would be great if it that would be possible, because for instance today we had the need for it!
