comment updates are being sent (as mail) although they are marked as "private"

We moved from Action Log Notify App to SCSM Notify Analyst v8.0.1.2012 and now we have the problem that comment updates automatically are being sent, no matter if they are marked as private or not.
We've now had some funny situations where endusers have received private analyst comments as mail.
Where can I set that private comments dont trigger any mail subscription?

@Silas_Sulser - I just tested in my lab(2012 and 2016) with private comments and they didn't send a notification. Do you have any additional subscriptions configured?

Hi @Justin_Workman thanks for your help! Unfortunately there are no other notifications configured.
We've had SCSM Action Log Notify installed before, what we unistalled first, before installing SCSM Notify Analyst. Before this upgrade it worked without any problem. Strange.. I guess there are some missed DLL-files or something like that (I worked strictly like they said in: http://kb.cireson.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/KB38-Notify-Analyst-App-Free-Version-Installation-Guide.pdf)

I think I'm gonna open an Incident on Cireson Support.

Cireson has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Cireson reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Cireson reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Cireson reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, rule, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Cireson’s sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Always use caution when giving out any information concerning your employer or customers, if any. Cireson does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Cireson specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
