How to extend the portal timeout

the timeout is set to 10 minutes I guess - its the default, but how can I extend this please?

    I have gone into settings and changed "servicemanagerinactivitytimeoutminutes" to 60 and sessiontimercountdown to 60, both are in minutes, but it still seems to be doing it every 10 minutes?

    Last week the our portal crashed. Since then the session timeout is 20 minutes and requires the user to login again after clicking on Renew Session. All timeouts remain at 2 hours. It almost seems like the ASP.Net_SessionID cookie is not being utilized. I even tried the .Net Complilation timeout which I have never had to mess with but all sessions continue to timeout after 20 minutes. Has anyone seen this behavior?

    Hey @Jeff_Landers just a heads up that this was a PR that's been addressed and is now available on Baseline v10.2.4.
