Integrate Cireson Knowledge base with the Service Manager console

There are times when the need is real to work in the console and not the portal, yet we loose all the knowledge when doing so.

    I've used the amazingly powerful Asset Import connector to import knowledge articles (minus the actual article content, as its not compatible) from ServiceManagement database into Service Manager.  This doesn't truly meet your request, but wanted to share in case it might get you partially what you want. 

    I only use these articles in SCSM for query results in request offerings to revise/archive knowledge articles.

    would love to see the asset import connector settings you have set up to get this to work
