Error when selecting new incident
Also, if i select "quick create" for incidents, it just hangs. I am able to successfully create an incident from template and im able to successfully create service requests using "new service request" or "quick create"

Justin_Workman Cireson Support Super IT Monkey ✭✭✭✭✭@William_Conlon - You might check the DefaultIncidentTemplate specified in Admin Settings/Setting Items in the portal. Maybe you've disabled the default? Either way, if you specify a template name that's valid it should clear up.5
