Navigation Settings Changes
After I make changes to the navigation settings it shows right away for the user that is doing the editing and that it will show at next login for other users. Can I force this or how do I manually log out a user? I made some navigation changes yesterday and users are not seeing them still today?
Also, unrelated question. Sometimes in the self-service portal community section a question will be answered with a link to a KB article in the Cireson Support Portal which prompts me for a login. Do I have access to this as a community edition user? If so how do I access it, if not why are links to it being posted as answers in the community section?

Justin_Workman Cireson Support Super IT Monkey ✭✭✭✭✭@CentWisIt - You can have those users flush their browser cache. That should let them see the new changes.
As for the KB, the articles are in our customer portal which does require a login. If there's a specific document you're looking for that is related to the Community edition of the portal, feel free to request it here and we'll attach it as a pdf.5
