workitem Status not updated in Service Manager web portal

I still have this Problem in our productive System. it does not take a Long time after I truncated the table LastModified and restarted Cache builder, application pool in IIS and web site in IIS and the problem occurs again...

Could anyone help please?

    I found the following error message in the event log of our portal web server:

    The conversion of a varchar data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range value.

    Could it have to do anything with my workitem Status Problem?

    We found the reason for it. Our web portal server had the wrong system time.
