"Is Private" checked. Is it private? Not really.

We are about 2+ years in our Service Portal deployment. Have about 1000 analysts, and about 18k users on the system. Overall it is working well.
One question: Could the "Is Private" be relabeled to say "Suspend E-mail Notification?" on the Action Log update?
If the "Affected User" has analyst access into the portal the "Is Private" is misleading, they can just access the system and see what the "Action Log" is. How is this 'private'? Just something that a new analyst is not going to understand or expect the first few times.
The system could also notify an analyst somehow before any automated notifications are submitted that if changes are applied or saved the following people will be notified.

It is private between enduser and analyst - which is the intent, but in your case you have a lot of analysts so can see why there would be some confusion. Renaming could cause more confusion for the other side, however it you wanted to do this it could be done in by creating a localization over-ride for IsPrivate in the Admin menu.
