I have a service request, it has manual activity, when changing the status of manual activity to "complete" it is necessary to create a Review of the activity in this request. If the activity manual is not translated into the "failed" status of others, how can this be solved with the help of an orchestrator? When the condition is met, we create the RA, if we do not do it, we do nothing.

    I'm not sure I entirely follow the process here. Well I was with it until "failed status of others."

    So you have an SR. It has a single (Manual) Activity. When the MA moves to Completed, you need to create an RA presumably inline within the same SR occuring after the completed MA?

    If I'm operating on the above, it seems to me the SR template really just needs to have the Manual Activity and Review Activity both defined. If the MA is completed, the RA would be engaged. If the MA is failed, the SR would fail and RA would never engage.

    Am I misunderstanding the nature of your question?
