SWA Forms not updating when saving

So when updating a SWA and saving the form never reloads it just stays greyed out. After sometime i reloaded the page and the Information i entered is stored on the Item. i get this error in the dev console. Hopefully someone can shed some light into this matter. Portal version 8.9.1.2016 ITAM version 2014 Q4 (v7.9.2016.151)

Can you check the status of your platform service? I'm guessing it is not running or that IIS took over the endpoint and that is what is causing the issue. You can browse to platform/api to see if the platform is up and running correctly.

So this problem no longer exist after 8.9 version i think. i Got som workaround code that also helped so i am good for now. Thx for response

Cireson has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Cireson reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Cireson reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Cireson reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, rule, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Cireson’s sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Always use caution when giving out any information concerning your employer or customers, if any. Cireson does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Cireson specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
