Viewing Archived / Groomed Work Items in the Cireson Portal
Ever click a link to a Work Item, from email or Portal Grid view only to see this one...
The most likely cause is that the work item has been groomed out of SCSM.
So, what if the Service Manager Portal was able to give you a read-only cut down version of the work item from the Cireson Analytics database instead. You can't get all the information, but some key data would be very useful.
Being able to configure the form layout via the normal custom forms method, perhaps with a specific template just for archived data would be important.
What does everyone think, would this be useful. Also, please let me know if lack of scoping in Cireson Analytics would be an issue?

v11.5 of the portal is out with introduction of the Archiver for Analytics. Now you can retain the full Action Log, History, relationships, and permissions of groomed out Work Items!
