Active Service Requests by Support Group Top 25 and Neglected Service Requests by Support Group Top 25

These are the 4 main charts I notice will not show data. Has anyone else noticed this, is there a resolution?

Actual scenario example:

Prior to applying portal hotfix 5.0.6 Active Service Requests by Support Group Top 25 showed no data. After appying portal hotfix 5.0.6 both Neglected Incidents by Support Group Top 25 and Neglected Service Requests by Support Group Top 25 show no data.

Thanks Chris, much appreciated.
I've been battling these charts since v4.0.10. At times all work, at times 1 (or more) of the 4 that I listed show no data. It feels like a majority of the time at least 1 of them has shown no data.

Hi Aaron, ok - I've reached out to Dev and looked through other tickets and it appears that each time this has come up in the past there has been an issue with SQL/permissions etc. Will you please open a support ticket to have our team help you troubleshoot? Thanks!

Cireson has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Cireson reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Cireson reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Cireson reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, rule, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Cireson’s sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Always use caution when giving out any information concerning your employer or customers, if any. Cireson does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Cireson specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Managers and hosts are not authorized Cireson spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of Cireson.

Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the materials.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in San Diego County, California, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Cireson Community Web Site.
