Update the form ObjectPicker to support WorkItems

To track change performance better, I created a custom relationship between change and incident for ChangeRequestCausedIncident to track incidents directly caused by a change.
However, after adding this to a type projection, I was still unable to add a picker into the Incident Form to select the CR in question, because the Object Picker control is hard wired to select a Config Item, not another Work Item.
