Analyst tasks not showing
Good day,
I have a stange problem. One of our analysts is unable to see the analyst tasks on the right hand taskbar. It was available last week, but is missing now.
I checked the AD group membership, If I use the "Assignt to Ananlyst by Group" task, he is in the list. But when he logs on he is unable to see the tasks.
I have also checked the "[ServiceManagement].[dbo].[CI$User]" table and the analyst colums is set to 1.
We have reset the browser cache and tried differnet browsers without success.
Any help/suggestions will be highly appreciated.

If you go to the Dev tools in the browser and type 'session.user.Analyst' at the console prompt, does that come back with a 1?

The user is now able to see the Analyst tasks. I did not do anything.... What I did notice is that there was a profile update on his account and this somehow changed something....
But all is good now.
