SMP: Send Email - From Portal and CC Analyst Option

There is cases with customers where people are not using the reply all function and therefor the From Analyst and CC Portal is not working to it's full potential.

Having one that is the other way around would prevent this issue.

    Initially , we had set up our portal in the way you described - from analyst and CC, but quickly realized it was not the way to go, as a lot of users didn't use reply all and therefore only our analysts had their responses in their mailboxes and the response was not logged into the tickets.

    Now we use from portal only and told the analysts to manually CC themselves on send mail tasks if they want to, but having a native option for "From portal and CC analyst" would be a lot better. Even if the people don't use the reply all function, the info will be logged into the ticket rather than an anaylst's mailbox. 👍️
