Send analysts emails from different addresses in Advanced Send Email?

Is there ability in Advanced Send Email to automatically set From Address based on Work Item parameters?

We have few groups of analysts which have dedicated email addresses for incoming user requests. For each address configured corresponding Exchange connector with own template for Work Items creation. When analyst reply to incoming email messages we need to automatically set corresponding From Address for particular analyst group.

Maybe we can modify standard workflow for Advanced Send Email or use custom worflow for this tool?

p.s.

Manual selection of From Address is not suitable in our case, if this feature were present.

Advanced Send Email does not currently have this ability. If you'd like to create a feature request here in the Community, our Product Team will add it to their radar.

@Peter_Miklian Actually no, because we moved our help desk activity to Cireson Portal which has own mailing mechanism. Unfortunately Cireson Portal can send emails only from one address too.

Cireson has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Cireson reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Cireson reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Cireson reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, rule, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Cireson’s sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Always use caution when giving out any information concerning your employer or customers, if any. Cireson does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Cireson specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
