Software assets can not update the install count
Hello,
we just noticed that newly added software assets can not longer update the install count.
With old existing entries it works without problems.
We use the latest version 8.2.4.
Can others confirm this behavior?
The manuel task "Update Software Asset" has also no success.

Are your Software Asset related to a Location? Are your computers related to Hardware Assets? And if so, are they related to the same Location?

Have you upgraded SCCM to the current version lately, but left Service Manager at 2016/18xx?
The SCCM connector may be to blame, in that case. Upgrading to SCSM 2019 might be the answer, in that case.
No, the Service manager is already updated to the latest version. So this should not be the problem
Are your Software Asset related to a Location? Are your computers related to Hardware Assets? And if so, are they related to the same Location?
