Knowledge Base - Security / Support Groups

Dear All,

It would be good to be able to permission KB articles for Analysts to separate support queues.

The idea being only technicians from a support group can only see their own technical articles in that group.

i.e. IT department can see their own, or other can see their own.

Public KB articles for all end users are ok across all users
