Notification criteria in affected users
I want to sent different notifications for my affected users according to the domain to which they belong.
I am using the FQDN or Domain criteria but it does not send me any results.
What other option could I use?

How does your notification criteria looks like?
Does it send an email if you don't use the FQDN?
@Mikkel_Madsen this is my criteria
yes it send email
What are the other criterias you have in it?
only the status
Does it send an email if you delete the FQDN criteria?
Yes, It send it
Do you set it up as an Email notification Subscription or a Service Request Event Workflow?
What if you change it to contains instead of equals and only use a part of the domain?
What if you the domain instead of FQDN?
I set it up both of them
it is the same
it dont work
The same issues here in my test.
Can't get it to work when using UPN, FQDN or Domain. When using Office og First Name it will work.
The funny thing - it does not work when using "contains" or "does not contains" - one of them should work but i does not.
Do you have possibilities to use other fields like Office or Department?
Thank you! @Mikkel_Madsen The truth is very strange because if it worked for me in a moment but my users reported that they did not receive notifications and it was that I checked, I realized that this option was not validating me.
I cannot use another field since I have many departments in a domain
